Late Arrival Policy

We recognize that plans can sometimes change.
Our dedicated drivers will wait patiently your pickup location for up to 15 minutes after the scheduled time. If this time is exceeded, we will do our best to reschedule the or service based on availability.
If we are unable to reschedule or if the alternative dates do not work for you, the company reserves the right charge 100% of the tour cost to cover logistics and associated expenses.
Please be aware that if we proceed despite a late arrival, we cannot guarantee any to the schedule. Thank you for your understanding!
